David Craythorne was born at RAF Cosford, his family moved to Bridgnorth in the early sixties.
He was educated at Oldbury Wells School and later moved onto to study art in Shrewsbury and Birmingham.
Since returning to Bridgnorth David has worked as an artist, producing many images of the town. He has also produced many murals in the town's pubs and many more further afield.
He also produces decorative signage, using gold leaf whenever possible, as well as using decorative paintwork as needed.
David is currently working on Shropshire Hills projects using larger canvases.
